Executive Summary

This Business currently provides temporary help to the construction industry. Contractors and Subcontractors sign agreements with the company specifying the terms of the engagement. When they need extra help for a project or want to outsource completely or compliment their existing efforts, they contact the company and the Company sends them the appropriate workers. While the company will provide any type of worker, they have concentrated on electrical, plumbing and mechanical as most of these workers remain for the entire project.The new owner of this business will purchase a fully operating franchise and business assets to include approximately 85 contractor customers. The franchise will cover an area to be negotiated in the Tampa Bay Area. Your job will be to service existing accounts, market to, solicit and sell new accounts and to recruit and qualify new tradesmen. The new owner will facilitate the sales, marketing and recruiting however, all other functions are consolidated by the Franchisor (including invoicing, advance funding of payroll and payroll administration including workers comp). The new business owner and franchisees will have full access to the back office including Aging, Invoicing, Projects, Contractors, Tradespeople, Marketing, and Payroll submission. This business can be expanded by increasing the number of construction accounts or branching into new areas (i.e. healthcare, industrial warehouse, Info Tech, etc.). The current owners have done all prep work to franchise nationwide and want to concentrate on that aspect of the business as well as all back end operations.
